To ensure that your experience at BLUSH

will be all that it can be; we have a few

policies for you to take peek at! I promise,

if adhered to, it will make your time most

enjoyable and most importantly ....

Appointments & Reservations:

We strongly recommend that you schedule appointments, prior to your arrival at the Spa.

Reservations are subject to availability

 

All services and treatments over $50 and /or hour long must be guaranteed (held) with a credit card or gift certificate #. Your credit card will not be charge, unless there is a no-show of your reserved time.

 

Arrivals:

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you ample time to sign in​, & fill in client information form to allow your treatment to be tailored to your needs.

 

Late Arrivals:

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled facial, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged for 100% of your service fee.

For all other scheduled treatments, if you are 5+ minutes late you will be considered a "no-show" and

charged 100% of your service fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand emergencies happen, but your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you. Please acknowledge & respect our cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave us with empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience.....Remember, Your Blush Time is reserved especially for you.

 

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a 24 hour notice.

 

Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved.

 

Same day cancellations, same day rescheduling & No shows will result in a charge of 100% of services reserved.

 

Choosing your Treatment or Service:

Not sure what to pick? our Studio staff will be happy to help you plan the perfect Blush experience based on your specific needs.

 

Shaving & Showering:

Please note we do not have a shower facility so please be sure to shower before you arrive to receive your skin treatments, facials, &/or hair removal services. This will ensure a comfortable experience for both you and your skin specialist.

 

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services.

 

Special Health Concerns:

Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your personal dossier upon arrival at Blush.

 

Payment Options:

We accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

 

Gratuities:

Gratuity is not expected but is very much appreciated. If you wish to leave one, please leave in cash preferably. Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.

 

Product Returns:

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase.

 

We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.

 

 

Maintaining a Blush Atmosphere

Cell Phones:

If you can refrain from calls during your service, this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently. We like to keep the spa cell-phone free zones, kindly take your calls outside to avoid disrupting other clients…..and for your better reception.

 

Kids:

As a mom I understand the necessity to bring the kiddies. It is best to leave your child at home this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently.

 

Persad-Tirone LLC DBA Blush Aesthetics Studio Cannot Be Held Liable For Injury To Children Who May Fall Or Be Hurt While The Accompanying Adult Receives Treatment. You Bring Them At Your Own Risk.

 

Valuables:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

 

All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

All times stated are approximate.

 

Blush Staff reserves the right to refuse services
